All newsletter questions, suggestions, concerns are to be submitted to:solpeditor@hotmail.com

All others (committee reports, news, stories, poems, thank you's, etc.) are to be submitted to:solpnlc@yahoogroups.com

All reports and newsletter submissions are due no later than Thursday night prior to the newsletter being published (the newsletter goes out the last Sunday of the month). The only exception to this rule is for the Management Team, or for those that have had prior approval from The Editor. Things do come up in the course of one’s life, all we ask is a little consideration for those of us trying to get the Newsletter out on time.

Committee Presidents are in charge of turning in a Committee Report to: solpnlc@yahoogroups.com. If you don’t have any news, please make that note in an email to the y-group. Late reports will not be accepted unless the newsletter staff is properly notified of the complication or unforeseen occurrences. If a president is absent, then the Vice-President of the committee must send in the report, so please let you VP’s know when they are needed!! Ultimately, the SOLP management will be notified and will decide further actions if reports are repeatedly late, or if never turned in.
